Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Benefits Producer for our Portland, Oregon office.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Participation in the presentation of our services at prospect meetings.
- Bring new business prospects to closure.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years experience working with or contacting mid-market employers. Insurance industry experience is a plus, payroll or financial services background is also beneficial.
- Currently licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
- Energetic, highly motivated team player who has strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with current and prospective clients and markets.
- Team player who is driven by the opportunities of the competitive marketplace and being on a winning team.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of our clients, initiative and integrity.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgment.
