Client Service Representative, All Locations

We are accepting resumes for experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Client Service Representatives at all our national locations

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing clerical support for our internal service team.  This includes such activities as reviewing binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy, issuing certificates of insurance, maintaining files, and creating documents such as specifications, proposals, binders and insurance summaries. 
  • Assisting in the coordination of services between the client and the insurance company.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 3 or more years of P&C experience, preferably on the brokerage side.
  • Holds a current P&C license.
  • Has strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Is self-motivated, highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external clients, and exhibits strong communication skills. 
  • Has strong computer skills and is able to utilize Microsoft Office products. TAM experience preferred.
