Retirement Plan Administrator, Minneapolis

We are looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator with experience in defined contribution/401(k) plans for our Minneapolis, MN office.
The primary focus of this position will involve assisting a senior level consultant to ensure quality customer service to our retirement plan clients.
Responsibilities include:

Interacting with clients via the telephone and on site meetings;
·
Periodically conducting employee education meetings;
·
Request for Proposals – preparation and compiling data.
·
Coordinating various client mailing projects;
·
Drafting client communication pieces;
·
Performing routine service functions for clients;
·
Assisting Senior Consultant as needed;
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
·
2 to 3 years of experience working with defined contribution/401(k) plans;
·
Excellent organization skills, be goal/team oriented, committed to professional growth;
·
Reliability: attendance, being on-task and follow through;
·
A positive and energetic attitude;
·
Ability to meet deadlines timely;
·
Strong proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office and other technology and information systems; and
·
Ability to learn new software, multi-task, sense of integrity, accuracy, dependability, self-motivated.
·
Ability to travel periodically.
·
Spanish communication skills a plus.
