For many employers wellness is a primary focus for containing health care costs.  Getting employees to participate in health-related programs is challenging.  Communications and incentives are two of the primary tools used to drive participation.  In this seminar we will look at effective ways to communicate the value, purpose, and need of these programs.  We'll share examples of both poor and effective communication content.  You'll leave with practical tips on how to maximize this valuable resource that contributes heavily to the success of your health strategies.
