All Worldwide Broker Network (WBN) members are required to speak fluent English. All WBN members are also required to attend semi-annual conferences that are held around the world, which facilitates global teamwork and an overall commitment to the network.

- Where there are existing strong local broker relationships, Hays has the flexibility of continuing to work with the current local broker
- Existing local brokers are forced to provide a high level of service because Hays has an alternative within the WBN that can replace the local broker if necessary
