Having a dedicated Surety department, Hays’ clients can access excellent service for all or some of their surety needs. We recognize the importance of every surety bond whether it’s for a client with a one-time need that was required “yesterday” or a multinational company requiring hundreds of bonds a year. Our surety expertise is broad-based, allowing us to offer our services to contractors, commercial businesses, and financial institutions requiring contract, non-contract, and international surety bonds.

We maintain contracts with the national surety organizations as well as those with a regional focus. We work with each of our clients to find the best fit in terms of rates, capacity, and indemnity structure. We also make sure there’s on-going communication with their underwriter to maintain a strong relationship and clear expectations.

Hays excels in the areas of marketing and program administration. We’re ready to take on the administration of a surety bond program to minimize the burden and demands placed on you. Our state-of-the-art electronic bond platform, Surepath, is available to our clients without additional fee or charge.
